who are Ambassadorial Scholars from the Rotary Foundation here in London.
They will speak about their background, studies, scholarship and experience here in London.

Concert on 29th of April 2009

St. John's Smith Square is one of the most prestigious venue in London and has a capacity of 750 people.

Programme:
L. v. Beethoven - Concerto for Piano and Orchestra No. 5 op. 73 in E flat Major
L. v. Beethoven - Symphony No. 5 op. 67 in C minor

Soloist - Ivo Varbanov

Tickets will be available for £15, £20, £25. For an additional £15. there will be a reception after the Concert to meet the soloist, conductor, and charity, including wine and canapes.

All proceeds in excess of the costs will be donated to the World's End Under 5s Center (charity no 297958).

Meet the Artist and the local Charity on 25 Feb 09, a pre concert presentation.

This year's local project of the Rotary Club of Kensington is to the benefit of the "World's End Under 5s Center" in our Borough. The Center (charity no 297958) is a creche and pre-school and offers advise for families from disadvantaged backgrounds.

The pianist Ivo Varbanov, a past Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar, has generously offered to donate the excess proceeds from a concert he organizes to the charity.

We invite you to meet both, Ivo and Julie, who will present to the Club on 25 Feb 09. Ivo will talk about his work as pianist and the upcoming concert, while Julie will present the Center.

We meet at 7 for 7:30pm at the Baily's Millenium Hotel on 140 Glouchester Road at the bar, followed by dinner and talk.
